I had taken a home loan of 6 lakhs from ICICI BANK.WHICH I CLOSED IT IN MAY 2013 MUCH BEFORE IN TIME. when I went to collect the documents they handed over to me totally damaged documents saying that it got damaged in the flood of 2005.Though the bank has given me a copy of my agreement but on what basis in future will I be able to conduct any property transactions. At no point was it communicated to myself that the documents were destroyed in 2005.I have been constantly following up with the bank but no proper response received.

I want to file case against the bank for not taking care of my documents inspide of charging such high interest.no proper attempt were made to clear my doubts.
