I had an FDR no. 1800022844 (dated 14 Step 09) in the name of my wife( Saini) for Rs One Lakh from ICICI Home Finance Company Ltd from Malleswaram branch, Bangalore. It was presented to ICICI Bank Jalahalli-East branch Bangalore approximately after one month of its maturity date (14 Step 2014) and the proceeds were credited into my account on 21 Oct 2014. It was supposed to fetch me Rs. 150366/-(as per FDR), however, my savings account no. 628601023851 (ICICI Ghaziabad branch) was credited Rs. 145165/- only on 21 Oct 14, which is less by Rs. 5201/-. I could not understand the reason for this deduction, hence, I enquired from customercare executive of ICICI & also e-mailed the matter to them in detail (e-mail dated 16,19,23 Nov 14 & 14 Jan 15 ) But so far they have neither clarified nor paid the remaining due amount of Rs 5201/-to me.

I should be paid back the balance amount Rs. 5201/- at the earliest.
