I don’t have any mail/message informing about this SMAB charges. I have no prior information from ICICI. No call, mail or text. I used to get notification if I did shopping using my debit card for even 10 rupees but no notification message in these cases where the sum amount was far more.This is a CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. “levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer” of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.
