This is to bring into your notice that, a cheque of Rs 20,000/- in the name of Ms Mita Sarkar, SB A/C No.128101503183 was wrongly posted on 13/05/14 to another account of Mr Sanjay Shaw whose SB A/C No. 128101503184 of ICICI Bank, Ultadanga. The said person had withdrawn the amount on same date. The mistake had happened when the account number mentioned on the cheque of SBI, Ahmedabad branch, was wrongly written and was deposited at Mumbai. On reporting about the transaction to ICICI Bank, Ultadanga, till date I had no clue about the same. Request you to look into the matter and do the needful, so that the amount be transferred to the said account. I hope you will do the needful and may be treated as urgent to recover the amount. No response till date.

I demand Fund be deposited into the said account.
