SBI Credit Card Refund from YepMe.Com Shopping

I had made a payment using my SBI credit card on April 22, 2014 for my order number 6514527. The order amount charged to my credit card was INR 996.00. However, the order was rejected for some reason but the amount has been credited to YEPME.com. The credit card statement clearly shows a debit of amount 996.00 against this order. Also, I have contacted the bank several times to confirm if the amount has been credited to yepme.com, which the bank has confirmed. The bank has stated that yepme.com has received the amount on April 22, 2014 but has not returned it back to my credit card account. Have been trying to get this issue solved for one month now but in vain. The online customer service does not respond to my emails & the tele-executive just keeps promising of a call back which is yet to happen!!! The card statement shows the following transactions 1.) 22/04/2014 WWW.YEPME.COM-IBIBO GURGAON IN 996.00 Dr. 2.)22/04/2014 Growthways_EMVANTAGE MUMBA IN 996.00 Dr. (yepme.com account as confirmed by executives at YEPME.COM) 3.)23/04/2014 WWW.YEPME.COM-IBIBO GURGAON IN 996.00 Dr.

I want at least my INR 996.00 back.
