Airtel provides a relocation service for customers who wish to continue with Airtel in another city, however this is just a complete farce because they treat a new connection just the same as a relocated number. The only reason that we decided to continue with Airtel was because we were assured that we would be retaining all our services but this did not happen. We had to physically call multiple times to activate services such as STD and ISD and the services were still not activated. I called four days in a row and wished to speak to a supervisor, still nothing. They treat customers very poorly and it is extremely frustrating to have to run around in circles like this

I would like for them to give full disclosure to customers so that they are spared the mental anguish that we did.
