I have applied credit card. and two times physical verification happened to my office and resident address. and one telephonic verification done…they my application got reject without informing me…after two week i call to customer care but every time they said different reason like your area not coming under icici bank ..then last time they told like you have cibil score proble so contact to cibil department. then i call to cibil department and confirmed that there is no problem in my cibil score because this is the first time i am appling Credit card. cibil department also confirmed that they are tracking only those are used credit card or load for minimum 6-month so as it is my first time application they don’t have problem. then i spoke to icici bank regarding this with all detail still they are saying it is our bank confidential we cant show you proof under which background of cibil condition we rejected your application.

I am completely harassed by icici bank and whole departmnet seniors..Pl take action and solve my problem…Thank you
