Today I received a call from one of the ICICI representative to repay the credit card due for ICICI Lombard insurance amount. since I am not using this card I was not aware of this. They have told us that this payment was made on 2008. The person who have called me is Sumitra (9884409610) from chennai. She has made a call to my office and harassed me regarding this issue using bad words. The card number was 5176537208745008. But I have not authorized anybody to open ICICI Lombard insurance or pay premium to it. With out my consent payment was done. I have visited nearest ICICI branch and raised a complaint regarding this. The ref no is SR294609753.

I demand Compensation and apology from ICICI Bank.
