I applied for ICICI Credit Card 45 days ago. Your executive called me and sent executive for DOCs collection. He collected it from my home and it past almost 25 days, I didn’t get any revert from your side. I got a call from Sylvia from Mumbai branch (+912239568200) and told me that she will revert me with solution in 10 days. She just called me to inform that my application is rejected. I don’t have any issue, I asked her to give all submitted DOCs back to me. She said they can’t give back my DOCs. I want to know that if you guys are not able to provide anything to anyone, why you are keeping anyone’s DOC along with you. You must give it back. She talked very arrogantly and said they will not give my DOCs back. Today, many big companies employees are misusing customers personal documents.

This is one type of cheating, where you guys are using people’s DOCs. If any misuse will be in future in any case, I will not be responsible for the same. I will file a case against ICICI. This is written proof for the same. Now, I don’t require any CC from you guys, I want my documents back. I got CC from SBI without any hassle, though it is a bigger bank than any bank.

Please find attached confirmation from ICICI that my application got approved and now they are denying. Awaiting for soonest revert.
