Bank has discontinued the EMI facility without sending any intimation & when I called on 24th Oct & asked to convert an amount of 3400(done on 13th Oct’2013) to be converted into EMI they said sir only 5000 & above can be converted as per RBI guidelines from 15th Oct onwards, currently we have suspended the EMI conversion facility on our all cards.

It will surely affect my repayment of the card & extra burden on my budget in the next month.
