Sir I am from Jammu and Kashmir (Srinagar). Our family has been insured for health insurance under Artisian , Handicrafts scheme of ICICI Lombard Health Insurance. We have had no checkup on the card which would have been helpful for us. I need ENT checkup facility. But the doctors and clinics ICICI Lombard has appointed here in Kashmir(Srinagar) are mostly for general health checkup. I went to the Patan Clinic as well as Magam clinic for checkup. But the doctors there recommended ENT Checkup. the Doctor at Pattan clinic after providing checkup facility provided with medicines and recommended to visit New City Hospital Srinagar for ENT Checkup. But after visiting The said hospital, I came to know that here also they have not provided ENT checkup facility under that scheme. I only need ENT checkup, If this scheme cant provide ENT Checkup facility then what is this Insurance for. I contacted their tollfree number 18002666 many times but he denied to have any information about Artisan and Handicraftsmen scheme of ICICI Lombard and gave another phone number, that is 04031004484, but they also denied to have any info about his scheme. They however suggested to contact on this email Id. I contacted that email id and they replied with an acknowledgement that my query has been received and will be solved within 24 hours but didnt replied upto a week.
