ICICI Lombard – Poor service on the accident claim registered person passed away still claim did not get processed

Claim against personal accident happened on Oct’12, requested for multiple documents and injured person passed away in Sep’13. Resubmitted details with the death proof and have been trying to follow up and get it closed. No proper response for the ICICI Lombard. Need assistance in getting the claim closed which will help me to close the debts incurred for the injured persons surgery.

I want the claim to get processed at the earliest also the compensation for additional expenses and mental depression i have gone through to get this processed
