A claim was registered for my vehicle, MH12 JT 6065 vide Claim NO: MOT 04013088 & Policy No: 3005/W-29672597/00/000. Despite repeated personal visits & follow ups, ICICI Lombard has not taken any action and has not deputed any surveyor for commencement of repair work of my accident ed vehicle. However, they are trying to mislead me by showing wrong information on their official website that the vehicle has been surveyed on 25 Aug 2014. On telephonic ally contacting, it was confirmed by ICICI Lombard executive also that the survey has been done. However, the repairing agency, i.e., Bajaj Centre at Wakdewadi, Pune informed that vehicle had not been surveyed; hence they could not commence the work, which is a consumer forum case for deficiency in service. Now, the vehicle has not been repaired for over a week and still lying in the garage for want of surveyor. On account of this failure to do his duty to carry out survey, my vehicle is stuck for repairs. The garage is asking for parking-charges as demurrages, which is accruing on account of icicilombard.com failing to depute a surveyor; and thus hampering the rightful service. When inquired with surveyor for status, he expressed his ignorance about it and behaved rudely & showed indifference. However, on checking with the Bajaj Garage at Wakdewadi, it was informed that the said surveyor has a history of fighting tendency, lackadaisical attitude & a temperament to threaten the staff of the garage; and forces them not to take the vehicle for repairs. The display of wrong information on icicilombard.com & continued harassment has caused a great deal of inconvenience & mental trauma to me; and financial loss on account of non-availability of my vehicle.

It is requested that a case be lodged for failing to provide service by ICICI Lombard despite purchasing the Insurance Policy from them; and I should be adequately compensated for causing trauma, harassment, physical inconvenience and financial loss on account of deficiency in service.
