i have requested for my claim in november 2012. whenever i was asking for my claim they were saying i have to wait for feedback. in all that they passed 3 month after which i have to go in village for some urgent work. now when i back and requesting for my claim amit dingra told me that my file is close due to pending document. when i requested he was saying i will open ur file. since than passed 2 month for waiting for feedback. now he resign and new officer somen saying that my file cant be opened. please help me sir

i want my claim as soon as possible. i have to pay my installment to my financer else he ll take my truck from me
