Dear sir,
I, Suresh Kumar,had taken a policy from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and after reciving policy document (No. 11783400) i was not satisfied with policy term & condition as I was told earliar, so I informed to Customer Care Service not to give two policies instead of one on same day. I asked them to make one policy of amount Rs. 25000/- (Invest shield cash policy)But
they have given two policies,
1)Invest shield cash policy No.: 11783400
2) Hospital care policy No.: HC33616735
they have cheated me by giving two policies so i didn’t pay other installments and ask them to return my money.

Sir, After complaining they have returned hospital care policy amount of Rs. 5910/- only. But they are not returning my another amount (Rs. 15010/- )even after many reminder.

On 17th April 2012 they send a cheque of Rs. 1275.39 /- to me against Rs. 15010/- and they are not ready to pay my balance amount.

So, please look into matter and solve my problem and ask them to give my balance amount.
