Hello team, I hold a savings bank account with ICICI bank with following details, name- Leonardo Joshua Wesley Branch: Mysore-Infosys Account No: 055801535842 On 13-Sep-2013, my salary sent by Mr.Sandeep Nagpal using his HDFC online NEFT transfer, went to ICICI bank account 005801535842 due to typing error. Details of Mr Sandeep are as follows, name- Sandeep Nagpal Branch: HDFC bank-Secunderabad-West Marredpally Amount sent: Rs6774 only Following which me and Mr. Sandeep we both lodged complaint both written, online with ICICI NEFT team to correct the mistake. After several follow-ups, the ICICI neft team acknowledged, responded and replied that the wrong ICICI account 005801535842 belonged to one Mr. Harmeet Singh which is inactive for past 2 years and my salary amount of Rs6774 was used towards negative balance of his account. Post that I received no help from the authorities for transfer of my salary back to my account. I request you to kindly look into this as it is unfair for my salary to be used for other person’s negative account balance, so that I can receive my hard earned salary which is rightfully mine.
