Karbonn mobile A9+ – poor service from centre till phone not returned

i bought a Karbonn A9+ mobile on 24/06/2013 IMEI1: 911211902710632, IMEI2: 911211902710640 my phone faced a problem only after 3 months.It was given at Karbonn service center Mansa(Punjab) on 14 oct 2013 as it was under 1 yr warranty . They have not given our phone back till now and not even they refund our money and harassed us.

We bought that mobile for 6500 and due to this problem i had to buy a second mobile that cost me Rs 4000 extra money. We faced lot of economic damage and metal harrasment and faced many problems due to this inconvenience

We want them to refund our money or our mobile and the economic damage wore by us.
