SnapDeal – Not deliverying product, No proper communication,

Respected Sir, I have place order for a tribord snorkeling kit on snapdeal.com on 19/11/2013.They have given an estimated shipment date as 26/11/2013. on 26/11/2013 evening i have received a message from them stating that they need 3 more days to ship due to unavoidable issues and they didn’t even care would i permit for it or not, but still i waited three more days but then i haven’t received any communication from them regarding my order, so i thought of cancelling my order when i visited the website for same..the option to cancel was unavailabe with a msg that “the product is already set to dispatch”. When i contacted them on they promised that the product would be dispatched and do not worry…i waited for a long time now and due to no communication i again contacted them on 09/12/2013..now they claim that due to courier related issues they are unable to deliver and refund is initiate..If the same was conveyed to me at an earlier date i would have arrange for purchasing at some other place..Through out the transaction with them I felt like a beggar who already paid the price and now begging them to ship,Now i would like you to please Direct the Snapdeal to 1. Not to Extend the shipment date one sidedly without prior approval of customer 2.keep their tracking system updated( Tracking system shows Nov 26 as est.date even on 05/12/2013) 3.Not to put products for sale unless those are available for delivery. 4.Proper Communication

Just a change in them and not to let it happen with some one else
