LAVA a9 mibile – service centre or company both not responding

I have given my mobile LAVA a9 to its service centre here in Sultanpur U P. on allotted service centre MOBIZONE COMMUNICATIONS for repair/repacement in warranty period on 28jun2011.According to this shop(which is closed now)had given DO Letter no. MZIFUP044100730R107 DT.28/6/2011.After several queries he never returned the set.I communicated with Lava international ltd many times through email and on phone but they never responded positively.Now two and half year passed and I am helpless to retrieve the set back.

I want my set back and my economical and mental damage should be compensated.The company and service centre must be punished for its neglected action towards customer.
