i have purchased my airtel no. 9936****** wid a id proof of hari shyam shukla postpaid connection…then after sumtym i converted it in prepaid airtel showed that the id proof was name at a.k.shukla but they converted it in prepaid..but now i have to port that no in vodafone but the id they are saying is nt of any two name mentioned and they are not telling the name of the id which is recorded for my no. 9936****** what should i do…
