Idea is trying to loot!! I am using idea my plan am getting 6 Gb 3G data on my plan when it finished I changed the Iplan to include more 3g data and right away i saw my bill value spiked up to Rs 6500. I called customer care right away and they said its a prorated charge. I told i just changed it now and do not want it if its calculating prorated like this. They were not ready to do anything. They should clear it that it will charge too much I don’t know abt that and I used my 3G data and can u believe I got bill of 6500 instead of 999 7 times higher am thinking to move to consumer forum they are calling frequently to pay bill how can I pay 7 times higher amount they are just looting innocent people’s with new words like pro rats please resolve my problem am already too much irritated with this My number is 99XXX28787 I just want my actual bill am ready to pay my bill but how can I pay 7 times higher Email Id: cerin19@gmail.com
