This is to bring to your notice that i have recently purchased a black ladies shoe from bata outlet habsiguda hyderabad . but to my surprise i have found that both the shoes got damaged within 20 days near the toe. i approached the manager for the replacement but he refused to do so asking for a bill ! but assuming that bata stands for Quality i have not preserved the bill ! therefore i request the concerned to look into my matter and take necessary action for replacement ! contact : 9491XXX739
