This complaint pertains to Swiggy.com, an e-commerce platform not listed in your options; I have no complaints regarding Rechargeitnow. I ordered an egg and cheese Subway sandwich from Swiggy.com, using their mobile application. Aside from egg, I am a vegetarian. What I received in place of my order was a ham and cheese sandwich, a fact that I realised only after having consumed some of the sandwich. Swiggy’s service was not only poor but also culturally offensive in their apathy. I seek redressal for the same.

I demand complaint redressal and commensurate compensation.
