I Purchased a TVS Wego Two wheeler through Installment scheme. My cheque for the February 2016 has been bounced on 11th of feb 2016 and on 15th an executive from tvs credits called me and informed me about this and he came to my house and demanded the due along with penalty of rs.400. I said I will give a cheque but he forced me to pay by cash then I demanded for receipt he also gave me a receipt and he promised me that they will not re present for ECS once again for the same month but on 18th of Feb 2016 once again they had sent ECS. Then I Called the Executive, he said my work is to collect money and not to answer you and disconnected my call. I tried to make a complaint regarding this in TVS Credits but they refused to take a complaint. After demanding more than 10 to 20 times over phone and Mail they replied me through mail that they will solve my problem within 7 working days. but they failed to do that. Today I tried to contact the customer care but there is no response. I am having the bill copy and my bank statement. and the executives phone no. who collected money from me. They are threating me that they will create problem in my cibil. Pls. guide me

They have to give a apologize letter to the bank and cancel the cheque bounce in my account.
