Idea Cellular 3G Overusage Bill Shock

With reference to the below attached bill of March’2015 ,I want to register a complaint for the extra charge of the bill being asked to pay on the basis of overusage of Idea 3G data. Already I was subscribed to the plan but yet the charges are taken on pro data basis even not informing me. Secondly,when my credit limit was exceeding firstly by Rs1800 and then by Rs2300 , no intimation was given to be for the over usage by phone call ,message or mail from your side which is really pointing to the service provided by you to customers. This happened twice and the amount was exceeded without any prior intimtion in any of its kind.If the credit limit was exceeding you would have stopped my services but nothing of its kind happened and the charges were simply raised accordingly. I even tried to register the complaint several times but it was assured that a waiver of the repective amount of the overusage will be provided once the bill is generated,and refused to register my complaint.But nothing of its kind happened yet. As a result of above statement I refused to pay the bill for the month of March’15 but my services were cut off on the due date without giving the appropriate solution or waiver. As a result of which I had to pay the full amount of the bill i.e. Rs. 3562.81.

I want my full money back to my same bank account through which I had paid the bill amount as this is against the rules. You can see my previous billed history ,I have paid all the bills on time, but this time Idea has befooled me.. I am totally dissatisfied with the kind of service provided to us. Kindly look into the matter and give me the respective waiver or I will not consider this request to be closed from the end of Idea Cellular.
