I have taken Idea black berry service 399 plan as which plan internet is free, however idea is keep charging me with internet charges every month and I have to call and ask for the reversal. Its been also 50 hours that I have spent calling idea i last 8 months and still nothing is happening, its like a mental torture that I am going through last 8 months, also this is my company number so I cannot change it.

Last month without informing they barred my service, due to which my job is at stake last month and I have gone through hell. I want a compensation of the total amount of bill i have paid to idea till date, which is almost 50000
