I am a regular Idea customer. My mobile no is 9561XXX749. I always pay my bill on time. I have paid bill of April 2015 on 5th May 2015 via reference no . 844582217. On 12th May my services we deactivated due to access bill over credit limit. Sir I know the usage of my phone and I know I have not used the services amounting to Rs. 4680.27 in 20 days, I have checked by usage online on 11th May, 2015 and it was Rs. 463.
Secondly I asked the customer care for a detailed bill, they refused to do so. I asked them to register a complaint regarding this matter, they again refused to do so.
Sir I was not given any intimation before by services were discontinued, neither I got any intimation when my service amount was crossing the credit limit. Sir as a customer I have right to get details of my bill and make a complaint.
Due to deactivation of the services I am facing a lot of issues. I request you to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.
