Lenovo A6000 Plus lags 0.5 seconds frequently while gaming. This is seen is all phones of this model. Please provide a solution. We are not comfortable with this issue. Rest are great in Lenovo.

Hi I purchased a Lenovo S860 mobile before a 10 days via amazon . According to specifications of mobile , it should have a 16 GB internal memory but is shows only 12 GB memory. What is exactly the matter or what is the exact internal memory of mob??? Are really you provide a 16 GB internal memory or its only a greed to customer?
