Reg (1) Denial of change of Plan on my No. (2) Misguidance by selling wrong plan (3) Non support of personnel Pertaining to my postpaid no. 9728555616 (activated today, in 06 working days after enormous efforts), it is to bring to your kind notice that the said number was sold to me by an executive Mr. Gagan, stating that a corporate plan of Rs. 499 with IDBI Bank (as I’m an Employee of the IDBI bank) will be activated on your no. but the said plan has not been activated rather some another plan of Rs. 45 has been activated without my concurrence. Now, the Madam presiding in one of your showroom, having mobile no 8059886177 ( Guru Kirpa Communications in Sirsa, Haryana-125055) is denying to change the plan and is highly non-cooperative. Moreover when I urged that I’m already using Airtel connection for last 11 years and the facilities activated by you wrongly, in 45 plan are already given by Airtel so I don’t need this plan and either give me the committed plan of 499 or deactivate my no I was t totally harassed by the answer given by the Madam there when she asked me to go to the house of Mr. Gagan, the executive who has sold the no. to you, for closing your account. I have already filed complaints in this regard to their appellate but so far no response has been received. Also the executive named Mr. Gagan and Mr. Harsh (Mobile 9891849724) are calling me and using frivolous language over the phone and trying to frighten me. Request you to kindly initiate the appropriate action.

Due to misguidance and mis-selling of the wrong product, I could not take a alternate number as already a security amount of Rs. 500 was deposited with IDEA. The executives are misbehaving. This has given a total mental harassment and also has resulted in loss of time
