Retailer did not Replace non-used Scratched Internet Recharge Card. Idea Cellular stores staff also rejected to replace the internet card and told me to ask the retailer. My one days time waste for Rs.30/- and i cannot access internet facility while i needed ,Then i have to buy a new card for my need. I want to replace the non-used internet recharge card and for the difficulty that i face for 2 days i need a compensation of RS.1000/-
