Micromax Mobile No Customer Service

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a Micromax mobile-phone handset(Model:Canvas Xpress A99) from Nagpal Sales Corpn. Karnal vide Bill No 9644 dated 23/01/2015(Bill attached). Its display screen got damaged on 14/02/2015. Subsequently, I contacted the Customer Service Centre at Karnal(Haryana) for repair.They took my phone for repair vide Job Sheet No N050136021515061921 dated 14/02/2015. Customer Service people told me to collect the mobile-phone after ONE week but despite my repeated-visits, I was not given my phone back. Then, I lodged a complaint with Micromax Customer Care at 1800-5008286 on 02/03/2015 vide complaint no MMX0203158616 and I was told there to wait for another 30 days. Today(04/04/2015), I contacted Micromax Customer Care for my Complaint and I was told to wait for another ONE month. I am feeling harrased by these people. Kindly, do the needful.

Since I am an Officer with L.I.C., I need to keep my files and presentations in the phone. My professional work is being hampered in the absence of this phone. A Micromax mobile-phone handset(Model:Canvas Xpress A99) OR my hard-earned MONEY back.
