HDFC Credit Card Not Converting Balance to EMI

I have purchased some goods on credit card costing around 25000 rs.But ,I requested to convert it on EMI payment to bank on nos of times but still not done. I paid more then my dues due to every times bank charged my finance charges(Penalty of late fees). Credit card No: 489377XXXXX439621.

I stopped payment to bank from Apr-15.Also send mail regarding this.And asked help to convert my outstanding on EMI so I can pay.But still they are not ready to do so. I need my outstanding balance payout by EMI mode only otherwise I am not able to pay.
