The company has stopped all my services i.e. Outgoing Calls Outgoing messages even though I have deposited my bill on 2nd march 2013,(Reference no-MSPD2933412002) the due date to pay the bill was 2nd march 2013 and I have deposited the bill on the Online Portal of Idea. When I called the customer care 12345 it was busy everytime, when I called the Consumer complaint number 198, I talked with Mr. Sajan Thapalia he told me that the Servers are busy and to call me after 24 hours. Even though the mode of payment was online and the database would have been automatically updated my services are stopped.
Due to the stoppage of service I am not able to call anyone, and as I am a freelancer I have to deal with people on my phone and I am not able to call. I had some important calls to do and I might not be able to talk to anybody.This would result in a loss of money to me.
I want my services to be started ASAP and I also want a compensation so that the company would not do it further and also for my loss.
