Respected Sir, My name is Deep from Gujrat and my no. is 96240412XX. I daily use net pack. But on 18/7/2013 I activated daily pack 4 just little work and charge was deducted as par plan. Next day I saw additional 5 rs has been deducted 4 the same plan. And when I contact CC. As always they talked badly and no help although they accepted unnecessary charge, they didn’t refund me. In past many rs has been cut til day. Kindly check detail as quickly as possible and refund it. The CC person name was Nirmalaben pushak Im frm Rajkot. My no. Is 9624041252 plz refund quickly.
