My name is pankaj kumar and my mobile no. Is 9911402073. I was taken postpaid connection 26 june and it was activate 29 june. I was taken 99 plan and also taken 98 gprs plan. I was check my bill on my mail id only 10 day bill is 40763 rs. I’m shocked to see this amount.. I was call on customer care excutive but they said me that sir this is ur correct amount and u have to pay it. Sir just think about it only 10 days bill is 40763 rs how is possible . I’m not understanding about bill. This is my first postpaid connection and i’m facing this problem just think if idea company will not correct bill to customer then customer why will used ur sim.. i’m very upset and confused. Please check my mobile number and reply me immediately . see this amount.. If you giving answer to my question so plz mention my name.
