I port my old vodafone prepaid number 97118XX722 to Idea post paid number to activate IDEA’s 999 plan. But they activated the wrong plan. I have logged a complaint to customer support team through mail for the same.I have submitted 500 rupees as security.I had inform IDEA that if they not correct my plan I will be not going to pay the bill for wrong benefits. But they did not corrected the plan and ask me to pay the bill for the benefits which I haven’t requested them. Now the are calling me through some third party for recovery of bill I have closed that number far ago, Still the are Intimidating me every day that they will beat me on road like this. I am very upset with this.

Due to this I need to close my Old number which was update to every employer. Some friend and families, they all lost my number now, I am not able to update my number, My bank account, credit cards I am not able to get update of my accounts. Some Employer have my old number now they are not able to contact me. As you know that if anybody porting any number it means how much that number is important for them, But they made me disturb like any thing and due to stress I have to close that important number. Please help me to recover this problem.

I want to close this issue ASAP, I am suffering from mental stress. Due to stress I have suffered a lot mentally and physically, I want as a compensation of 10,000. if the found guilty. I am attaching the Plan the have provided me before porting the number.
