Am using Idea post paid connection from 3 months as the agents misguided me by giving me fake offers like free SMS Internet and call rates in my first bill i observed that i was charged for all those things Like SMS internet and bill amount was high so I planned to cancel the idea connection and visited idea center and asked about cancellation procedure they told that the postpaid connection cant be cancelled until l the completion of 6 months.

unnecessary I have been charged for SMS and Internet charges though am not using internet and SMS
