Flipkart – Product not delivered no response

I have ordered redme 1s mobile online through sale on 16th september 2014. At the time of approval I have requested to change the shipping address to Mangalore at which I am currently staying. I have also sent a mail. They have send a confirmation mail that your shipping address has been changed and you will get your product at your mangalore address. After that I keep regularly tracking my order. On 19th september I saw that it has been received at Amritsar Hub. I called the customer care, they told me that it will be re-routed through amritsar and it will reach you at mangalore by 27th sep. After some time I got a message that your order has been cancelled. I got surprised. I called the customer care. There was one supervisor named vinay kumar. He told me that our logistic partner was not having updated address so he cancelled the order but i will try that your order will not be cancelled and it will be delivered and ou will get confirmation message within 4 hrs. But when I didn’t get any message or call then I called the custome care again. The person on the other side told me that we cant do any thing and he cut the phone. I have called them 30-35 times and every time they misguided me and wihout letting me know they have cancelled my order. If the courier person is not having the updated address then they can deliver to the old address. There wan no question of cancelling the order. The order no. is OD000771160386153800 and the cost is Rs. 5999.

I want the product to be delivered and the costs of calls which I have made to them.
