PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DTDC IN DELHI Consignment No Z29968954 Sir/Madam With reference to the above I would like to draw your attention in respect of the pathetic customer service and always busy telephone line(011-44900xxx) and no response from DTDC Courier representatives sitting at Naraina Office in Delhi, namely: Mr Alok, Mr Amresh, Ms Seema & Ms Pooja(DRS Dept). Basically, I have not received the Consignment No Z29968954 and DTDC website says DELIVERED. I asked for DRS then they provided me the wrong DRS, and now DTDC,neither providing the final status of Consignment No Z29968954, nor providing the correct DRS to confirm that DTDC has delivered it to the right person. I am constantly following up with DTDC to find out that why I have not received my article yet,but they are dodging every now and then. Ms Seema, assured me to send the correct DRS, i.e. Proof of Delivery of Consignment No Z29968954, but neither I have received that till now, nor she responds at 011-44900000,Ext 8. And what a disaster customer care no 44900000,I am tired of dialling it, Please try once, you will know, how PATHETIC it is. If you require I may send copy of all emails sent to DTDC for a simple inquiry to know the status of a Consignment No Z29968954 since 25/8/2014, and getting NO RESPONSE from DTDC. Sir, DTDC employees are not taking their job seriously, please take strict and disciplinary action against the erring staffs and kindly arrange to resolve my issue. I have been suffering and this kind of customer service seems like an harassment to the customers

Apology from DTDC, Receipt of the Article and Compensation/Penalty of Rs 50000/- along with the cost of shipped Article, in case of non delivery, for mental harassment,agony and hardship.
