Sun TV HD connection – Channel not Activated

I have charged my Sun TV HD connection in Aug 2014 for HD channel. But the HD channels did not become active, instead only normal non-HD channels become active immediately. I have complained the non activation of HD chanels to their call center many times since then and it was followed up with them also. So far it has not been resolved even after 45 days. Now the Sun TV is not working due to charge is over and now since there is a compliant pending on my connection id 42805907559, I was told that it can not be recharged also. All efforts to get it resolved could not yield any result. A few of my compliant Nos registered in their call center are 1-11036170693, 1-11043177083, 1-11043262773, 1-11043183497, 1-11066184102, 1-11066211491 etc.

1) I want that my SunTV HD to be revived within no time with out any additional charges or penalties, undue delays etc 2) Extend the re-validate my HD channel upto 3 times the days I did not get it since last recharge (ie, 180 days more from date of activation of Sun TV). 3) The Sun TV shall seek an unconditional apology from me for their casual and careless attitude in resolving my genuine compliant.
