I initially booked with Yatra on 12-Sep-2014 for Hotel Terra Parraiso Breakfast & Dinner package @ 29.5K (Ref: YT13223143) for 2 Adults & 1 Kid (8 years). On 17-Sep-2014 i got a better offer @ 24.5K from a local agent Asian Routes and called for cancellation, where the travel specialist Ashok Chopra asked me to forward him the details, so that he can give an even better deal. Then he offered me the same deal at 24K which he said would be booked once i cancel the old one @29.5K. I cancelled and made the payment for 24K immediately (Ref: YT13248052) but Mr. Ashok Chopra said because of price matching it is taking time for him to generate the voucher and he will send the voucher later. I waited the whole of 17th & till 18th morning 11AM, but i did not get a call. Then i called up Ashok many times but he did not pick up. Later i had to catch hold of him by calling support number, where he told me that he cannot book the hotel because no rooms were available. On 18th night i call Sumit Debbarman and book the same deal at 31.6K (Ref: YT13256843). I totally feel cheated here. If he was not going to offer me the deal for 24K, why did he ask to cancel my previous booking! Now i had to pay almost 7.5K extra for the same deal and had to go through mental stress the whole day that i did not have a booking. This is not what i expect from an esteemed company like you. Request you to kindly look into this issue and provide me the current deal at the same price of 24K which i was committed by Ashok Chopra. I raised the same through regular channel but did not get any response.

Get the refund for additional amount of 7500 Rs. paid in this deal, as this i feel is pure cheating and compensation for the harassment i had to go through.
