We can not make a Idea CUG call in group and we are using other mobile numbers to call within the group of 12 Members so our bill for other numbers comes very high .Also we waste about an hour daily while speaking to Idea people for rectification of the complaint.
We want our all our 12 members in CUG paln with Monthly Rental of Rs.99/-.If Idea people are not able to do the same then we want to release our number immediately so that we can switch to other Telecom service provider.
