i have file for MNP for the number 8266802199 on 08/04/2014 from IDEA to DOCOMO. i got the registration message on 12/04/2014 from Docomo, Now the problem is that still this facility is not activated on my number even after a long time(about 20 days). due to this i faced a huge loss on recharge.

i had a loss of 200 INR on recharges. and still i am afrade off recharge.
