had taken services of inter state cargo movers for shifting of household items from rohtak to new delhi on 15/02/2014.firstly in quotation for same insurance charges and details were not mentioned.after packing of household goods ,insurance amount was also asked for value of rs 1.5 lacs of my household itms ,nothing was given in writing.after shifting and unpacking of my items in delhi found my most of items were broken ie TV ,trolley ,mirror and other important items.when i asked for insurance claim no response from the firm.when i asked for final bill along with insuarnce recipt for which i was charged rs 1800 it was not given to me even after several reminders and therefore i cannot claims for my damage even after paying insuarnce charges.

i need refund of my insurance charges of rs 1800 as my goods got damaged and no insurance claim for same could be raised as no (recipt of insurance )was been given to me whereas insurance charges was taken from me .
