ICICI Lombard – claim was not settled

I lost my job in the month of September and same was intimated to the insurance company and an Interaction ID 2014020600797 was given. I do so many follow ups but my claim was not settled my the company. last time, i call up to customer care of icici lombard on 21 april’2014 and i was assured that my claim status would be updated in 13 days but it was not done from their end. then again i called up on 23rd April and their call center executive told me that my claim is refused because i lost my job within 90 days from the date of commencement of policy.below are the reference no with details except first intimation:- service request-21122013366,dated-22 dec’2013 / service request-31032014660,dated-1 April’2014.

This policy was to protect my personal loan so i am paying penalties to the loan company due to noon payment of the EMIs.I am mentally disturbed as loan company is asking for EMIs and as per policy the insurance company was supposed to pay my 3 EMIs in case of job loss.
