Online Recharge – payment done but not credited

It is an online recharge site.i did a payment of rs 200 from my SBI maestro card.the money was deducted from my account but they did not updated my wallet balance.i have also lodged a complaint in their customer care but of no use. Bank transaction id is 201414746488 Transaction amount is 200rs. My complaint number on mobikwik is 627828. Registered email id is divanshu72@gmail.com,registered mobile number is 8795087xxx. Plz help me to get my money back.
