Idea – Excess billing due to neglience of staff

i have a postpaid no of idea. on date 7 may i requested to activate 3G plan with 1 GB data.two times i communicated with concern team they told me after 12 hour services will activated. nex morning services activated and i used but evening i recieved a flash message about charges of data i used. next morning i call them they told me on my no default 3G plan activated, then i told the person what i requested yesterday,then he told me plan will change as you need and about charges you will call and raised complaint when bil generated. if you were requsted 1 gb plan then excess bill waived. 16 may my bill generated,i recived e-bill on 17 may then i call coustmer care,my isue handelled by mr priyesh,when i told him my issue then he told me i have to activated a higher plan of rs 450 instead of rs 250 as i requested,only then excess bill waived. when i told him why i paid extra when i clearly told idea person what i need. i told him log a complaint and give me no then hi denied to do that and cut the phone.

excess bill will wavied off and monetary compensation and operator should be penalised with a high penalty for such behaviour to avoid same thing in future.
