SnapDeal – damaged product delivery

Sir/ Madam, I purchased a “Ditz Tarzan 52 Ltr White Air Cooler” against retail invoice# BF8D2F/14-15/79 dated 28-Apr-14 through online shopping www.snapdeal.com against their order# 2015875577 and sub order# 2729456029. This reached through Blue Dart on 6-May-14 as COD payment terms and I paid Rs. 6325/-. I opened it to find the fan inside fallen down and damaged completely. I took pictures of that immediately and made contact with snapdeal and also sent it to them by mail. They registered my complaint against no. 6420884 and told me that they will accept the reverse pickup the damaged product and provide me a replacement or refund. Snapdeal gave me a due time of 48 hrs on 6-May-14. But till today even after many calls and mails, I don’t find any positive progress and no calls from any courier service for reverse pickup. I need your immediate HELP in getting my money back which is Rs. 6325/-. Thanks & Regards Imran

I need snapdeal to immediately pickup this damaged product and transfer me the paid amount of Rs. 6325/- to my bank account. I had already mailed them my NEFT bank details… Need your team’s immediate help in this matter as this is aging near to 1 month…
