I have received an exorbitantly high bill of Rs.4,500/- for my postpaid number 9881078xxx for data usage. Interestingly the usage is only on one day (22-July, 2-14 to 23-July,2014) which shows the usage around 1.7 GB which cannot be possible as per my usage. I have been using this number since 2005 and has never crossed Rs.1200/- in its life. I have raised complaints on call thrice and on mail twice but I have not yet heard anything from IDEA cellular regarding my billing dispute. This is my primary number and services have been barred which is causing huge inconvenience to me.

Bill should be rectified and services restored
