Reliance Homeshop18 – Item not Received

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have purchased Spice Smart Pulse M-9010-Mobile – Sunglasses, Order No-949082209 from Homeshop18(value in 12 EMI 345.00 INR) . I have make this payment through HDFC Credit Card. As per Homeshop18 the item was dispatched on 22/7/2014 via DOTZOT courier AWB No-700000670584. but still now item is not delivered. I called to customer care of Homeshop18 several time but every time they told me that the item will be delivered within 3-4 working days. I have already raised a complain Ticket No-108091559 on 30/7/2014 at homeshop18 website, but on 8/8/2014 they closed the Ticket the description given below “Customer Care-}08-08-2014 11:51->Dear Customer, We thank you for shopping with us. Please be informed as per our records order has been delivered to you at your shipping Address. Happy Shopping!Warm regards,Customer CareHomeShop18”. when I called to Customer CareHomeShop18 after 8/8/2014 they told me that the Ticket closed for their internal issues, they have no specific answer. Then I asked for the refund the amount, the Customer CareHomeShop18 told me that the amount can be refund only when the material will return back at their end. My complain is that the issue is related to DOTZOT Courier and between Homeshop18, so why I will pay The EMI without receiving the material. I am asking for the refund as early as possible.
